The property is centrally located with great views and within a few minutes walk from the supermarket, banks, shops, restaurants and German bakery. The Tennis Centre and Children's Club are also within a few minutes walk.

The villa is fully air conditioned and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom. The private swimming pool is heated.

The lounge/dining room has a large screen satellite TV, DVD, video, CD player and telephone.

The private swimming pool is heated and has an outside shower. Patio furniture for up to 8 people, sun loungers and a large terrace with a well appointed brick built charcoal BBQ.

The master suite on the upper level has its own private sun terrace, safe (key operated), TV and telephone. The private bathroom has a bath and separate shower. The bed can be made up as 1 double or 2 singles. All other bedrooms are on the ground level.

The fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room with satellite TV and CD player. Off of this bedroom there is a private sun terrace with patio furniture.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a large family bathroom. There is a ground floor with WC and Cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self catering holiday with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer.

There is a further large terrace with sun loungers on the middle level of villa. The villa also has a double garage with remote control access.

There is a cot, highchair and sterilizer available for those with infants provided free of charge.

A luxury complimentary grocery pack will be at the villa on arrival. This will consist of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, butter, jam, bread, juice etc. There will also be a complimentary bottle of wine and a six pack of beer.

This luxury private villa at La Manga Club is centrally located and within a short walking distance of the tennis centre, childrens club and a few restaurants and shops. It also boasts fantastic views across the Club.

It has it's own private swimming pool and large terrace with BBQ. The master bedroom suite also has a private terrace.
